Welcome to the latest CKB Ecosystem Biweekly Update. Here’s a quick summary of key dev and ecosystem progress from the past two weeks.
Infrastructure & Tooling 
- @CKBdev used AI to scan CKB & CKB-VM for security issues, added a CKB-VM MOP doc, and continued work on QUIC network integration plus CKB voting system on-chain scripts. More: CKB Dev Log 2026-05-27
- @CKBDevrel built a new AI-friendly CCC docs site (preview) and merged support for output-only RGB++ lock as isomorphic tx.
- @FiberDevs handled Fiber bug bounty reports, released Fiber v0.9.0-rc2, polished browser-facing UX, and started a browser extension wallet PoC. More: Fiber Dev Log 2026-05-28
Web5 & DAO 
- CKBoost completed all milestones, with funds fully paid.
- Pocket Node published its Milestone 4 Completion Report.
- Invisibook completed Milestone 2 and is awaiting review (repo).
- @ILE_LABS completed fiber-payjoin-kit, a Rust PoC for collaborative channel funding on CKB Fiber, and prepared a technical spec. The team is now working on lightning-payjoin-kit.
- Fiber Desktop proposal passed the Discussion Stage of CKB Community Fund DAO. Voting is live on Metaforo (vote here).
Ecosystem Projects & Community 
- The current CKBA membership application cycle closes on June 8, 2026 (AOE). Applications received after this date will be reviewed in the next cycle.
Apply for Contributing Membership - The Pocket Node Reddit AMA with founder Raheem Jr. was completed.
- @Ckroamer published posts on Bitcoin Lightning ecosystem apps, what Fiber still lacks, and a test of running Amboss on Fiber.
- @fgh published LeapFi Early Preview, sharing notes on building a non-custodial RGB++ asset management DApp.
- @Hbulls released Holdem Bulls V1, a Texas Hold’em poker app built on CKB.
- @T_Silva opened discussions on a Community Idea Board and user incentives/public visibility.
- @ArthurZhang released CellScript 0.15, a VS Code Extension tutorial, NovaSeal, and a post on cutting token waste in agentic terminal work.
- @joii2020 published a Fiber Manager Plugin Guide and a post on using fiber-js in a browser extension.
- @wyltek is building the CKB Directory app.
- @yuqi shared thoughts on Fiber’s next product layer.
- @Sonami previewed CKB Explorer Lite, a lightweight self-hostable explorer for historical chain-state queries.
- @RetricSu released fiber-pay v0.2.6.
- @Mateja3m is seeking testers and feedback for a beginner-first CKB dev onboarding guide.
Nervos Community Catalyst & Spark Program 
Nervos Community Catalyst
- CKBuilders has grown to ~60 devs in the past 6 months. The CKBuilders website is live, along with a new support & education Telegram group. Learn more.
- Build on CKB: Campaign #01 is live, new CKB developers can install OffCKB, deploy a test contract, and share a personal reflection for a chance to win $50 in CKB prizes.
- @blackbox_pos built an ESP32 board emulator for running device binaries on desktop, an LVGL display port, and a new post-quantum backend protocol. More: BlackBox Devlog #3
- @truthixify shared an early draft of CKB Action Links, a protocol for sharing CKB tx intents as URLs.
- @Ticoworld shared FiberLatch, a backend-only experiment for Fiber payment verification and signed access receipts.
- @Ajay shared PactAgent updates, covering UI redesign, DAO bounty workflows, and agreement ops.
- Lean Oracle is a permissionless, cell-native Pyth/Wormhole price oracle for CKB that stores each verified price feed as a single on-chain cell.
- New CKBuilder article has been merged into the Nervos Education Hub.
- New ongoing Catalyst projects:
Spark Program
- CKB-probe was completed. Read the completion report.
- Nervos Brain is looking for 10–15 community members to test the product and share feedback. Join the temporary testing group.
- Fiber-checkout is in stable maintenance. The team is reaching out to other Fiber projects for real payment-flow integrations and exploring a Fiber Python SDK.
