CKBoost Product Delivery Report
Summary
CKBoost has progressed from the original proposal concept into a live-tested community engagement platform for the CKB ecosystem. The original proposal defined CKBoost as an open-source platform for campaign and quest management, on-chain points and badges, gamified participation, Telegram-first verification, community tipping, and admin dashboards for review and reward distribution (original proposal).
As much has been covered in the milestone reports above, this delivery report shall be succinct.
Based on the current milestone-3-dev branch, git history, milestone documents, and live campaign feedback together with fixes from the feedback, CKBoost has substantially delivered all three milestones in the original proposal.
Product Delivered
CKBoost now includes the product surfaces needed for real campaign operation.
The campaign system supports multi-quest campaigns with on-chain configuration, Nostr-backed content and submission storage, staff review flows, campaign administration, and reward approval paths. Campaign owners and admins can create, edit, launch, monitor, and review campaign activity from the dApp.
The contributor experience now supports wallet connection, Telegram verification, campaign browsing, quest completion, proof submission, approval, point/reward visibility, leaderboard participation, and profile-based contribution history.
The platform also includes community tipping surfaces, proposal creation, peer approval logic, Nostr-backed comments and social interactions, explorer-linked funding evidence, and profile/history surfaces.
The admin layer includes protocol administration, campaign approval and update flows, staff review queues, submission export, identity verification handling, and reward/points visibility.
The codebase now also includes a claimable-pool-lock implementation with TypeScript package integration, contract tests, examples, deployment scripts, dApp integration, and claimable-pool admin UI. This is important because a deferred claim/entitlement model is the right direction for reducing platform transaction costs.
Live Testing and Feedback
CKBoost was used as the live campaign management platform for the CKB AI Agent Hackathon. This gave the project real usage data across both campaign manager and participant flows. For more details please see the live campaign feedback.
Conclusion
CKBoost has delivered the core promise of the original proposal: a working, open-source, CKB-native platform for structured community campaigns, verifiable participation, points, rewards, identity verification, tipping, admin review, and campaign operations.
The product has been exercised in a real campaign environment, validated by both manager and participant feedback, and hardened through the issues that surfaced during live use.
At the moment, Milestone 3 product delivery is substantially achieved as a live-tested pre-scaling release. The project is ready for next-phase planning.
Notes: Uncoupled dependencies and developer tooling have also been available in /scripts, packages/ssri-ckboost, and GitHub - Alive24/ckb_deterministic ยท GitHub.
