CKB 后续是否已经明确不再提供 roadmap？此前得到的回复是 “there is no roadmap” - matt， 想了解一下 spark项目 和community DAO支持的项目情况 - #19 by matt_ckb ，如果这代表的是正式态度，希望明确说明：这是否就是当前基金会或核心管理层对项目发展的真实立场？
如果上述答案是 “NO”，也就是项目并非“没有 roadmap”，那么现在到底是谁在对项目发展负责？这里的“负责”不是泛泛参与讨论，也不是对社区反馈做回应，而是指谁对阶段目标负责，
谁对优先级排序负责，谁对资源分配和推进结果负责
如果没有人对项目负责，也没有ROADMAP，基金会的财务状况又很好，解锁二级增发部分的意义什么？
希望能有人能说明与澄清。

如果是基金会在推动，回到问题1.2，既然不缺钱，做这件事情的目的是什么。
如果不是基金会推动，那是另一个问题，

在任何实际运行的项目中，提案、讨论和共识的形成，都需要有人去发起和推动。
再者
就算是社区推动，
如果没有 roadmap，没有阶段目标，也没有人推动关键议题，这种治理是否还可以有效运作？

This isn’t funny, and it doesn’t answer the question.
The issue is simple: who is driving this, who is accountable, and where is the roadmap.
“Stay tuned” is not governance. It is delay.
If there is no clear owner, no priorities, and no timeline, then “community decides” just means nobody is responsible.
Please answer the actual questions directly.
