The DAO v1.1 proposal has passed and the governance platform is expected to launch in February. As committed in the proposal (Section 3.1.4), we are now publicly recruiting inaugural Steward Team members from the community.
关于物业团队 About the Steward Team
物业团队是为DAO提供程序性服务的专业团队，职责包括：
The Stewards Team provides procedural services to the DAO, with responsibilities including:
- 提案流程协调与标准化 Proposal process coordination and standardization
- 里程碑核查与报告 Milestone verification and reporting
- 金库资产透明化 Treasury transparency management
- 治理信息触达 Governance information dissemination
重要说明：物业团队是服务者，不是决策者。没有提案审批权，没有特权投票权。物业成员作为社区一员保留个人投票权，但团队本身没有特殊权力。所有工作目标是保障治理过程的公平、透明和高效。
Important Note: The Steward Team serves, not decides. No proposal approval authority, no privileged voting power. Steward members retain their individual voting rights as community members, but the team itself has no special authority. All work aims to ensure fair, transparent, and efficient governance processes.
我们在寻找 We’re Looking For
具备以下一项或多项能力的社区成员：
Community members with one or more of the following capabilities:
- 技术能力 Technical Skills：熟悉CKB技术栈，能够进行基本的平台维护、bug修复和技术支持 : Familiar with CKB tech stack, capable of basic platform maintenance, bug fixes, and technical support
- 治理经验 Governance Experience：理解DAO治理机制，有社区组织或项目管理经验 Understanding of DAO governance mechanisms, with community organization or project management experience
- 沟通能力 Communication Skills：能够清晰传达复杂信息，促进社区讨论 Ability to clearly convey complex information and facilitate community discussion
基本要求 Basic Requirements
- 对CKB生态有深入了解和长期承诺 Deep understanding and long-term commitment to CKB ecosystem
- 能够保持中立，以服务社区为首要目标 Ability to remain neutral, with serving the community as top priority
- 有充足时间投入 Sufficient time commitment
- 具备英文沟通能力 English proficiency required
待遇 Compensation
- 月度报酬 Monthly compensation：参照提案预算，人均 500USD等值/月 $500 USD equivalent (per proposal budget)
- 任期 Term：1年（之后开启社区选举）1 year (followed by community elections)
