What’s the max size and max cycles of a block?

The maximum block size is 597,000 bytes. The maximum cycles allowed is 3.5 billion (3,500,000,000).
These limits enable a block to include 1,000 typical transactions of two inputs and two outputs (known as “two-in-two-out” transactions), all inputs and outputs are locked using the default secp256k1 lock script with different keys. In addition, empty data is used, and there is no type script attached.
