Hello. The Mexc exchange isn’t transferring my CKB assets, which have been continuously deposited into my wallet for four months. Now I can log in and see the balance. The exchange first asked me for all transactions from July 1, 2025, to November 9, 2025, which I provided. They reviewed them and said they couldn’t return them and advised me to contact the Nervos team for assistance. They claimed they changed the wallet because the Nervos team requested it. I kindly ask you to help me return my CKB assets. Here is my old address:
Hi @Nevsky , I’ve forwarded your issue to the MEXC support team and they are asking for your MEXC UID for further investigation. Could you pls DM me your UID, or would you prefer to communicate with their support team directly?
For clarity Jackie this user has been messaging me for the last week. He has already been dealing with MexC. They have told him they can’t help him. He had been depositing to an old deposit address changed by MexC back in June. From the screen shots he’s sent me they claim to not be able to access this old address he’d been depositing to.
Thanks @wyltek for providing the info. It’s really strange that MEXC now can’t access the old deposit address it previously assigned to @Nevsky. This is an issue that the MEXC technical team needs to resolve.
