Should Nervos Have a Founders Club?
This is just an open thought I’ve been having lately, and I’d love to hear what the community thinks.
As I’ve been building Werra and talking to more people in the ecosystem, I’ve realized that building a startup can feel surprisingly lonely. You’re solving product problems, talking to users, making technical decisions, thinking about distribution, fundraising, partnerships… and often you’re doing it in isolation.
It made me wonder:
Would it make sense for Nervos to have a Founders Club?
Not a formal organization or another DAO. Just a space where people actively building products on Nervos can connect, help each other, and grow together.
I’ve noticed that many successful ecosystems naturally develop founder communities. Builders share lessons, make introductions, exchange ideas, celebrate wins, and even collaborate on products. That kind of network often becomes one of the ecosystem’s biggest strengths.
Some things a Founders Club could naturally lead to:
- Sharing product-building experiences.
- Honest conversations about what is and isn’t working.
- Early product feedback from other founders.
- Introductions to potential partners.
- Cross-promotion between ecosystem products.
- Collaboration opportunities.
- Learning from founders who have already solved problems you’re just encountering.
- Supporting each other through the highs and lows of building.
As more products emerge, I think this becomes even more valuable. Instead of every team operating independently, we build relationships. A founder building wallets might connect with someone building DeFi. A marketplace founder might collaborate with an identity project. Those kinds of connections are difficult to plan, but they happen naturally when builders know each other.
Personally, I’d love to see Nervos become known not just for great technology, but for producing founders who build real companies with long-term ambition.
