I’m looking for help on the neuron wallet
I unfortunately lost my seed phrase on the neuron wallet.
I need to change app from the computer.
does anyone know how to retrieve the seed phrase on the neuron wallet?

Can you still access your old neuron wallet? Did you uninstall your old neuron wallet?

hi Julien- you can export your wallet from the current install of Neuron. From the “Wallet” menu choose “Backup Current Wallet” and then you can import that wallet into the new computer.
There is no way to recover the seed words.

I would recommend making a new wallet on the new computer and send the funds to that new wallet, since as Matt comments, the seed cannot be recovered.

Like Alejandro said above, the best thing to do is create a new wallet and when your tokens are unlocked, you can transfer the CKB to the new wallet.
You can create this wallet by installing Neuron on a new computer or you can use your existing Neuron wallet and just click on Wallet - Create new wallet.
This will generate a new Seedphrase for you.
