Missing coins on SafePal

Hello!
Please help, I am already desperate to find a solution.
About 2-3 years ago I sent my ckb coins from binance to safepal wallet.
Now when i enter sid in safepal i only see zero coins.
I already tried going in and downloading nervous wallet by sid phrase, but zero coins there too.

Hi Maksim, first of all, the user ‘Nervos.dev’ is a scammer, don’t click on any links or talk to anyone by DM.

But after 2 or 3 years without accessing your wallet, I think the most likely scenario is that you are using the wrong seedphrase and have forgotten that you have another one.

Are you 100% sure that this is the only Safepal seedphrase that you have?

Your CKB are still at the same address, so this is the only real explanation, other than an issue with the display in Safepal.

No idea if it’s as @Yeti hypothesized or there is some kind of error on SafePal as I never used it. I asked on Discord if anyone is able to help you out.

hi maxism, there are several things worthy to be confirmed

  1. after you entered seedphrase, what the wallet tells you your address?
  2. you pasted is the short version address, but most of apps are switched to the long version address, this might be the thing disturbs you.
