I used a Ledger Nano to store my CKB after setting up my Neuron wallet. My Ledger died on me. After getting the replacement, I restored my Ledger using my seed phrase. After restore, my CKB does not show up. It says I need the 3rd party wallet. It also does not show up in my Neuron wallet after trying to restore that with its seed phrase.
Does anyone know what may have happened or how I can recover my CKB?

You need to open Ledger Live and download the Nervos app, then open Neuron and go to Wallet - Import Wallet - Import Hardware Wallet.
Don’t panic though, as long as you have the correct seed phrase, you won’t lose your CKB.
I know it’s scary as hell when things like this happen though! Just the other day, I went to use Neuron and my ledger wasn’t working, turns out to just be a faulty USB cable, but I was having the cold sweats haha
I swear I tried these exact same steps before, but it worked perfectly and now I’ve access to my original CKB. Thank you so much! Does anyone know how to withdraw CKB from Kucoin currently? I get incorrect address or invalid address every time I try. I also tried using my wallet’s deprecated address, but that’s when it gives me the invalid error. My wallet address begins with ckb1, but I noticed that the Kucoin network looks to support ckb2. Do I’ve to convert something or acquire a new wallet? Thank you.
