Any idea what I need to do foe the wallet to be synchronised ? I do not intend to run a node so did not install C++ module

It’s still synchronizing.
You may either wait till it finishes or you can download a speedup chain data package from here.
Afterwards you will see your balance.
if you get a prompt when you start neuron you should install this dependency. There is a node that runs inside Neuron to connect to the chain. It looks like things are working fine but if you do notice any issues syncing, this is likely the cause.
