I have been diving into the Nervos ecosystem & wanted to get your thoughts on grants and their role in the growth of this space. It seems such as grants have become a huge part of many blockchain ecosystems but I want to hear your personal perspectives on how they could benefit Nervos in particular.
Do you think the grant programs Nervos has in place are effective in attracting developers & projects? Are there areas within the Nervos ecosystem you think could use more attention or funding?? Or maybe you have had some experience with applying for grants yourself and could share insights or tips on navigating the process?
By the way, as I was browsing through some resources, I also came across some Python Interview Questions that sparked my interest in how the tech community approaches recruitment in the space. I wonder if similar questions are being asked when interviewing for positions related to blockchain development.
Also i have check this RFC: Nervos Ecosystem Grants Program I want to hear your opinions and experiences, as I believe the right support and funding can accelerate innovation but I also wonder if there are challenges or areas where we can improve.
