in most recent hashing out it was told axon might be phased out as there are many areas where axon and godwoken overlap each other…what is block interval and tps in v2?

someone else may be able to chime in here with more details, but Godwoken v2 to this point has been an exploratory exercise to examine how Godwoken might be transitioned from a rollup to an Axon chain without disruption of the network.
Regarding tps and block time estimates, you should refer to Axon itself.
