Hey all, time to close the books on this grant, with iCKB delivered!!
Nothing else changes: iCKB keeps running, I keep working on it and this topic stays open for updates and questions. It’s only the grant that is fully spent.
Here is where the grant went, in short:
- Grant: 673,400 CKB, about 10,000 USD at the time.
- Refund of the iCKB mainnet deployment and audit: 438,310 CKB.
- User and dev support: the other 235,090 CKB, sent to the bot as liquidity. It paid for 35 hours, many more in practice: user updates over the years, the dCKB depositors hunt and investigation, user support here and in Nervos Nation.
As for the projects:
- iCKB: done!! The new CCC-based DApp, SDK and bot are live, details in iCKB is now fully on CCC: new DApp, SDK and Bot. The contracts also passed a new round of checks, not a single break, see iCKB Contracts Revisited.
- dCKB Rescuer: done too, sadly. Over the years I looked for the original dCKB depositors without success. Then the NervosDAO deposits behind dCKB were drained, so there is nothing left to rescue.
Thank you to everybody who voted, asked questions and tested along the way!! A special thanks to every iCKB user, for trusting iCKB with your CKB
Love & Peace, Phroi
