As suggested by Terry, I propose to initiate a meta-rule change to the CKB Community Fund DAO – The amount of CKB applied for must be included when submitting a proposal.
Specifically, when a proposer submits a proposal at Nervos Talk that is intended to apply for CKB budget (as opposed to a meta-rule change proposal), the number of CKB requested must be clearly indicated in the content of the proposal.
