BTCKB (BTCT - TRC20+BTC)

BTCKB (BTCT - TRC20+BTC)

I recently came across BTCT. Of course, that made me think of CKB and BTCKB.

This is because BTC sent via Fiber as an RGB++ currency remains closer to native BTC than coins created on platforms like Tron, which derive their value from the promise that the equivalent value in BTC is held in reserve wallets.

The old idea of trading Bitcoin via Nervos needs to be presented appropriately when put into practice.

When I look at the CMC website and the BTCT listed there, I try to imagine what a BTCKB description might look like.

It would be important to have an explanation that is clear and unambiguous for everyone. For example,

BTCKB interacts directly with native Bitcoin transactions through RGB++, facilitated by a lightweight, decentralized verifier. Isomorphic Binding is a one-to-one mapping mechanism that links Bitcoin UTXOs to CKB, the Bitcoin layer 2 solution. Bitcoin can thus be transferred in real time via CKB Fiber Network.

Edit, cut out the verifier, add NCmax.

It will likely not be easy to come close to Tron’s success and user-friendliness, even if the technological implementation is advantageous. End users will hardly be interested in the underlying technology. Anyone who has ever sent TRC tokens (and that’s a lot of people) will probably prefer to use BTCT when sending BTC as well.
