The procurement process is taking longer than originally expected. I’m combining the hardware procurement with a trip abroad, since local suppliers don’t offer the specifications I’m looking for in this project. It will be a device with a Zen 5 Ryzen 9 370 HX processor and 32 GB of fast 8000 MHz RAM. This will serve as a network boot node with sufficient performance reserves for Qubes-OS. Unfortunately, delays can occur despite the originally generous timeline. The first report was scheduled for Tuesday, September 29.
