Thanks for sharing the research and prototype, we really appreciate the effort to improve liquidity management for Fiber node operators.
Additional routing hints and graph cycle queries aren’t high-priority items for the core team right now. We’re currently working on Loop style liquidity management, which can also help address channel imbalances. We see circular rebalancing tools like yours as complementary to that work.
We’d welcome PRs for improvements you’d like to contribute in this area. For example, extending send_payment RPC to support constraining the outgoing channel and the final return hop for circular payments could be a useful starting point. We’d be happy to discuss the API design and review a focused PR.
