We’ve fostered engagements across both the Web3 and Web2 ecosystems through our involvement in DeFi, blockchain networks, NFTs, IFTTTs, Web3 APIs, and smart contract work.

Project and Nervos Ecosystem Growth

Stratosphere Network is the first cloud interoperable blockchain. We enable developers to write & deploy dApps with the power, flexibility, and low-cost of AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Stratosphere interoperates Nervos with the decentralized cloud, empowering developers to build cloud-powered dapps on the Nervos CKB and SDKs. We aim for Stratosphere to act as both an extension of the CKB tech stack and an immediate scaling option for developers who do not wish to forgo decentralization with a layer 2 solution.

Through the provision of decentralized cloud-powered services (eg., computation, database, storage, AI/ML, IoT, etc.) and adaptive oracles, Stratosphere infrastructure will create an interoperability network between Nervos and, not only the Stratosphere blockchain, but also Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other consensus based networks.

Technical Specification

The Nervos + Stratosphere interoperable bridge will be architected on three tiers: (1) decentralized cloud network, (2) adaptive oracle (Nervos < > Stratosphere) components, (3) core Nervos CKB infrastructure.

The decentralized cloud network is a collection of cloud nodes, each connected to a major cloud provider. Cloud operations are verified through network consensus. We may explore writing / updating consensus proofs (hashes) directly onto the Nervos CKB as cell data. This network will enable developers to deploy web2 operations which interface with the CKB and Nervos SDKs.

Stratosphere adaptive oracles then function to connect decentralized cloud operations to the Nervos CKB. This is critical to trustless operations, as interoperating with Nervos provides the core multi-asset infrastructure and prevention of double-spend.

Through this technology stack, end developers can build cloud-scalable, powerful decentralized applications with the Nervos network. We also look to expand Nervos cross-chain interoperability possibilities through Stratosphere integrations with Ethereum, Bitcoin, and other layer 1 networks.

We propose a 6-month timeline, with 3 checkpoints.
