Tranfr has received its initial payment and still has the recovery path, SDK, frontend, and documentation outstanding, while Kirea is another solo 10-week commitment. The scopes appear separate but the overlapping timeline and delivery capacity should be disclosed. Would Kirea begin only after Tranfr is completed and accepted?
